Westport Meeting News: 

Advent Potluck, Sunday, December 10, 2023
10:00 – 11:00 AM:
All ages worship and special activity making snowflakes.
 
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM:
Our Annual Potluck with delicious FOOD, FUN, and SINGING!
 
There will be baked ham and beverages provided. Friends are asked, if able, to bring other dishes and /or desserts for sharing. There is always enough!

Christmas Eve Service: Our annual Christmas Eve Service will be held in our meetinghouse on Sunday, December 24, at 7:00 PM. Refreshments will follow in our Community House. Additional details to follow.

Security Cameras: As anticipated, please be advised that security cameras have now been installed by Wayne Electric. The two-day installation job was completed on November 21. Surveillance covers the exteriors of our three buildings, north and south driveway approaches, parking lot, north, east, and south boundary lines (stonewalls), and the BLM sign next to the south driveway. Jay Vieira, clerk of Property Committee, and Kevin Lee, Property Coordinator, have mobile apps on their cell phones in order to view video footage if needed. Please be in touch with Jay or Kevin if you have any questions.

NEYM Living Faith Gathering, April 6, 2024.

Living Faith Gatherings bring together Quakers from across New England to strengthen connections between Friends of different generations and from different meetings, nourish spirits, and provide an opportunity to share the ways we experience and live our faith. We hope Living Faith gatherings will be an opportunity to equip individual Friends and local meetings with resources, tools, and connections to more fully live our faith. Monthly check-in for Friends serving their local meetings takes place every second Tuesday of the month, 7-8 PM.
